Cancellation Policy for Kezep

At Kezep, operated by Kezep, we aim to provide a fair and transparent experience for all users of our marketplace app (the “App”). This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which Buyers and Sellers may cancel Transactions facilitated through Kezep, as well as the process for handling cancellations. As Kezep is a platform that connects Buyers and Sellers, cancellations are primarily governed by the Seller’s cancellation policy, but this document provides general guidelines and Kezep’s role in the process.
1. General Policy
Kezep acts as a platform to facilitate Transactions between Buyers and Sellers. We are not a party to the Transactions and do not directly process cancellations. Buyers and Sellers are responsible for adhering to the cancellation terms outlined in the Seller’s listing or policies at the time of purchase. This Cancellation Policy sets forth general guidelines to ensure a consistent and fair experience for all Kezep users.
2. Cancellation by Buyers
2.1 Eligibility for Cancellation
Buyers may request to cancel a Transaction under the following circumstances, subject to the Seller’s cancellation policy:
Before Shipment or Delivery: The Buyer requests cancellation before the Seller has shipped a physical item or delivered a service.
Non-Delivery: The Seller fails to deliver the item or service within the agreed timeframe.
Mutual Agreement: The Buyer and Seller mutually agree to cancel the Transaction.
Item Not as Described: The item or service received significantly differs from the Seller’s listing, in which case a refund request may also apply (see our Refund Policy (#) for details).
Cancellations may not be available for:
Items or services marked as “non-cancelable” in the Seller’s listing.
Digital goods or services that have already been delivered or accessed, unless defective or not as described.
Orders after the Seller has shipped the item or begun providing the service, unless permitted by the Seller’s policy or applicable law.
2.2 Buyer Cancellation Process
Initiate Cancellation: Buyers must contact the Seller directly through Kezep’s messaging system to request cancellation, providing the reason for the request.
Timeframe: Cancellation requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the Seller’s cancellation policy or, if not specified, within [insert timeframe, e.g., 24 hours] of placing the order.
Confirmation: If approved, the Seller will confirm the cancellation through Kezep, and any payments will be refunded to the Buyer’s original payment method, subject to Section 4 below.
3. Cancellation by Sellers
3.1 Eligibility for Cancellation
Sellers may cancel a Transaction under the following circumstances:
Inability to Fulfill: The Seller is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., item out of stock, service unavailable).
Buyer Request: The Seller agrees to a Buyer’s cancellation request.
Non-Payment: The Buyer fails to complete payment within the required timeframe (if applicable).
Fraud or Misuse: The Seller suspects fraudulent activity or violation of Kezep’s Terms and Conditions.
3.2 Seller Cancellation Process
Sellers must notify the Buyer of the cancellation through Kezep’s messaging system, providing a clear reason for the cancellation.
Sellers must issue any applicable refunds promptly through Kezep’s payment system, in accordance with our Refund Policy (#).
Sellers are encouraged to update their inventory or listings to prevent future cancellations due to unavailability.
4. Refunds for Canceled Transactions
If a Transaction is canceled before payment is processed, no refund is necessary.
If payment has been made, refunds for canceled Transactions will be issued to the Buyer’s original payment method within [insert timeframe, e.g., 5-10 business days], subject to the policies of our third-party payment processor (e.g., [Insert Processor, e.g., Stripe, PayPal]).
Kezep fees (e.g., transaction or listing fees) are non-refundable, even if a Transaction is canceled, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Kezep’s Role in Cancellations
Kezep does not directly process cancellations but provides tools (e.g., messaging system, dispute resolution) to facilitate communication between Buyers and Sellers.
If a Buyer and Seller cannot agree on a cancellation, either party may contact Kezep’s support team at [insert contact email] to initiate a dispute resolution process. Kezep may request evidence (e.g., order details, communication records) to evaluate the claim.
Kezep reserves the right to intervene in cancellations to enforce this policy or protect Users, but we are not obligated to resolve every dispute.
6. Digital Goods and Services
Cancellations for digital goods or services (e.g., downloadable content, online consultations) are subject to the Seller’s cancellation policy. Once a digital good or service has been delivered or accessed, cancellations may not be available unless the item is defective or not as described.
7. Legal Rights
This Cancellation Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable laws in your jurisdiction. For example:
In the European Union, under the Consumer Rights Directive, Buyers may have a 14-day “cooling-off” period to cancel certain purchases and receive a full refund, subject to specific conditions.
In other regions, consumer protection laws may grant additional cancellation rights.

8. Consequences of Repeated Cancellations
Buyers: Excessive cancellations or misuse of the cancellation process may result in account restrictions or suspension, at Kezep’s discretion.
Sellers: Frequent cancellations due to inventory issues, failure to fulfill orders, or other reasons may lead to penalties, such as reduced visibility or account suspension, as outlined in Kezep’s Terms and Conditions.
9. Changes to This Cancellation Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes via the Kezep app or by email. Your continued use of Kezep after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Cancellation Policy.
